Do you support any charities: Yes 5% profits are donated to underprivileged education in South Africa. We also donate thousands of crayons directly to schools in need. This is one of the first reasons we started the brand.
Can I claim/publicly tell my customers about your donations: Yes we donate on behalf of you & your customers - so you may make the claim (for your business/brand) directly to your customers. After all, we can only donate because of your purchases, so thank you for empowering us to help others.
Where are your products made?: Crayons made in China by a leading global manufacturer (they make for some of the biggest global brands). All products designed in South Africa, unfortunately our country doesn't always have manufacturing capability needed to make high quality products. Several new products coming which can be (and are) made in South Africa.
Minimum order MOQ: 1 Carton (1 Carton = 150 units + 10 Free )
Delivery Cost: Free for major regions (94% of UK, Europe & USA).
Delivery time UK & USA: 4 working days.
Delivery time Europe & Canada: 8 working days.
Payment terms: Upfront payment, no consignment
Safety Compliance: Tested by QIMA for international (EU, UK & US) standards ASTM D4236, TRA, LHAMA, EN71, CPSIA.
Why are there 10 extra units in each carton I order? To give refunds without delay. We know how frustrating it is trying to get refund stock, on time, during holiday sales.
100% quality guarantee: In the unlikely event you have >10 refunds per Carton, we will happily refund or replace your stock (whichever you prefer).
If I have no refunds, can I keep the free 10 units per Carton? Yes, you can use it for promotion or sell it for 100% margin
Are discounts automatically applied on my invoice? Yes.
